Hey Folks,
Hope this finds all of our faithful
supporters and friends doing great! What a year this
is turning out to be. As gas keeps soaring up over
$4 dollars a gallon and things are for ever more
heating up in the middle east. It has everyone
saying and thinking that something has got to give.
Well thank God we who have put our trust in the Lord
Jesus Christ knows what that big something is. Our
Lord is fixing to come back again. Surely we know
now why John said "even so come quickly Lord Jesus."
Now don't get me wrong I enjoy time with my family
and friends but I'm also sitting on ready for the
Lord's return. It reminds me when I was a kid, we
would play Hide and go seek, when the counter of
time got to zero he or she would say "Ready or not
here I come" Well that is how it will be for us when
the Lord comes. In a hour that we think not the son
of man shall make his return. And ready or not he is
coming. Lets make sure we are ready.
I want to
thank all the people that prayed for me during the 6
weeks I had to take off. Health problems with my
voice and stomach tried to take me off the road.
Thank God we have a healing Jesus! The ole devil had
to take a black eye. We prayed for God to restore
and touch us and he has done the work. We have been
back on the road for the past 5 weeks and everything
has been great. To God be the Glory.
Just wanted
to also say what a blessing it is to have Pastor Joe
and our wonderful church family at Hartis Grove
Baptist in Indian Trails NC praying for us and
supporting the ministry in which the Lord has
entrusted us with. We will try to make you all proud
and represent you well.
For the past 5 weeks we
have been burning the candle at both ends. What a
blessing to be used by our wonderful Lord. We
have seen God move greatly in each meeting we have
been blessed to be a part of. We started out at a
private campground in Langston AL, the owner of the
campground has built a sanctuary just for his people
coming in to camp. The sanctuary holds 300 and we
had about 250 each night. Had 3 saved and over 25
rededications, from children to folks in their 70s.
From there to Back to Bethel in Monroe NC where
Sonny Rogers is the Pastor. We had 4 saved and
probably over 50 rededications, my family the
Perry's was with me on the last night, what a time
of refreshing with God's presence so real. On
from there to Mobile AL and Cross Point Baptist with
Pastor J.T. Guyton, God worked every night in a very
unique way. People of the church had needs of every
kind met and the church seemed to just rise up with
a new freshness. Our travel took us then to Stanley
NC to the Community Pentecostal Church, did we ever
have a great time in the Lord with Pastor Eddie and
his wonderful people. Several other churches that we
preach for in the NC area attended nightly. We had
folks delivered and set free from drug addiction and
the altars filled nightly with people seeking God
and his goodness. We left Stanley and are currently
in Salisbury MD at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church with
Pastor Tom Bunting, his church seats over 3000 and
between 2000 and 2500 attend faithfully. We had 2 or
3 saved on Sunday Morning and the altars filled to
capacity. How long has it been since you've seen
probably 400 people in a altar crying out to God,
man what visitation from God. Sunday night has
turned out to be just as strong. I've been
ministering in Pastor Tom's church for over 20 years
and it just keeps getting better and better. I must
say its the strongest and fastest growing church I
believe on the eastern seaboard.
Just think how grand heaven will be when we all
get there, every nation, every tongue, every
nationality, and every denomination, the Redeemed of
The Lord. No wonder John said, even so come quickly
Lord Jesus.
I want to send out a big
hello to my "Old Feeble Indian" friend way down at
Big Cypress Indian Reservation. Maybe Betty
and Lindsey can keep Keeno up off the couch and
doing something. Even if its beating Charlie Cypress
in Golf. Oh boy can't wait to hear from this.
Oh
well better run, God bless you all and may God take
a liken to you, as old Red Skeleton use to say.
Yours in Christ
Randy
